on the Installment Plan
Each year, billions of dollars are subject to federal taxes. For example, a large portion of a
person's estate goes directly to the county, state and federal government.
Many charitably minded individuals have discovered that they can leave all or some of their estate
to their church, local hospital or other charity.
With The Polish National Union's new Legacy Club Plan, for as little as $250.OO (annual premium for Legacy Club three and seven year plans at all ages) you can establish a charitable contribution to the Polish National Catholic Church through the purchase of Polish National Union life insurance.
By naming the Polish National Catholic Church (or any non-profit organization) at signing, annual premiums are immediately deductible within each tax year. (To take advantage of the tax benefits, an assignment form must be submitted with your application making the beneficiary irrevocable. By law the beneficiary must be a 501(C) 3 non-profit organization.)
To make the Polish National Union Legacy Club easy to start, we have developed two plans, a three year and a seven year plan, for your convenience.

Both rates include a $30 Annual Certificate Fee
At the conclusion of the payment period, the plan becomes a
paid-up policy
and NO additional premium is due.

If you would like to increase your legacy additional coverage can be purchased in premium increments of $250. There is no limit to the size of your investment, and you can make your payments annually.
