The Life Paid Up at Age 65 plan offers the insured full coverage from the time of issue throughout life. Premiums are payable until the insured reaches age sixty-five. Minimum face amounts have been set.

Guidelines

The Life Paid Up at Age 65 premium can be paid on an annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis.

The Polish National Union of America will issue the certificate from the age of zero through fifty-five. There is no maximum face amount. When applying for the Life Paid Up at Age 65 plan, a medical examination may be required.
