The Single Premium Plan offers the insured full coverage from the time of issue. Coverage is similar to Whole Life. However, only one premium is paid, providing a paid up certificate for the life of the insured. This plan offers immediate cash value that is nearly equivalent to the premium payment.

A Single Premium, if unable to be paid in one payment, may be paid in installments. Each installment must be a minimum of $100. No more than five (5) installment payments may be made. The period of installments can not exceed four (4) years, and the installment payment will not be considered to have been made if the proper amount of interest does not accompany the payment.

Female: age 0 - $7,500; 55 to 70 - $1,000
Male: age 0 - $5,000; 50 to 70 - $1,000

• The minimum face amounts for males decrease from $5,000 at age zero to $1,000 at age fifty
• At ages fifty-one through seventy the minimum face amount for men is $1,000
• The minimum face amounts for females decrease from $7,500 at age zero to $1,000 at age fifty-five
• At ages fifty-six through seventy the minimum face amount is $1,000

The Polish National Union of America will issue the certificate from the age of zero through seventy. Each suggested minimum face amount will have a premium that is payable one time only. There is a maximum face amount of $30,000. The value of the certificate grows each year from interest earned by the company on its investments. When applying for the Single Premium Plan, a medical examination may be required.
